Columbia Forest Products is seeking a full-time ACCOUNTANT to oversee their logging operations at the Hearst, Ontario facility.

Reporting to the Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and preparing financial statements and reports and overseeing budget process as well as the inventory reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Previous accounting experience
• Computer skills and data entry
• Communicate effectively in both French and English (written and verbal)
• Ease of adapting to change
• Ability to make functional analysis, solve problems, and make decisions
• Must possess effective organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks
• Good analytical skills.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in management or business administration
