Responsibilities can include but are not limited to: Manage Calendar, e-mails and ensure that the executive attends all appointments scheduled. Anticipate issues and initiate appropriate action to ensure the most effective use of executive’s time. Responsible to spearhead meetings and take appropriate action to follow up with each parties Oversee status of all projects and maintain detailed list on behalf of executive Gate Keeper of executive’s time while ensuring discretion and strict confidentiality Responsible to manage the donations summary, Christmas list, and other lists Responsible for property management and coordinating repairs/ renovations (5 Properties) Responsible to oversee Drivers, housekeepers, Handyman, Landscaping, General Maintenance, Tenants. Responsible for the meal plan, orders, catering Responsible for banking Provide day-to-day administrative support including; filing, faxing/scanning, research, obtain quotes, purchase orders, drafting and preparing correspondence Assist with the management of Website & other Media; current & updated on a regular basis.
