Your role

We are looking for an energetic, motivated and organized Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic and fast-paced Vancouver office. You be responsible for providing outstanding client service internally and externally. This role is 100% on site.

A Day In The Life

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering and routing calls
  • Greeting and directing clients and visitors
  • Liaising with lawyers and assistants regarding client arrivals
  • Booking boardrooms and meeting room administration
  • Coordinating catering and equipment needs
  • Coordination of taxi and courier deliveries
  • Communicating maintenance issues to building management
  • Organizing multi-firm meetings, including booking IT requirements when needed

  • Having the ability to interact with firm members and visitors in a pleasant, professional manner

  • Prior experience handling a multi-line telephone system
