Work from the comfort of your home on highly desired schedules within operational hours of 8:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday. What you will do: Respond to inbound consumer inquiries via phone/email Present accurate and beneficial resolution with the tools provided Document details of all calls/emails through in-house systems Provide a high-level of consumer care. Multi task using systems, programs, and screens simultaneously. Qualifications: Must be fluent in English and French Canadian.
