-:Job Description:-We are a fast-growing wood remanufacturing business located in Abbotsford BC. We are looking to add to our team with an enthusiastic and highly organized professional office administrator. In this role you have experience working in an office administrative field, you are a team player who can also thrive independently. You have a high attention to detail as you will be responsible for processing daily incoming/outgoing shipments and office paperwork management. We require the successful candidate to be very process driven and comfortable with computer applications. Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken – is a must. Key Responsibilities · Provide support to our office manager and other team members where required · Shipping and Receiving paperwork · Invoicing and issue Purchase orders · Maintain inventory records · Organize, submit and file daily documents such as invoices, POs, packing lists, waybills etc for our accounting department · Answering and directing incoming calls and emails to the appropriate team member · Office duties such as (but not limited to) ordering of office supplies and arrangement for office equipment repairs, and other duties as required Qualifications · Minimum two years of office working experience · Written and verbal English language communication · Must be able to multitask · Strong attention to detail · Work with Microsoft Office programs · Experience LISA Lumber software is an asset Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Salary: $25 and to be negotiable Benefits: · Excellent extend group benefit · Casual dress Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $25.00 per hour Benefits:
