Thomco Pallet & Box is located in Tweed, Ontario, with over 50 years in business servicing well established large volume clients. We build both machine-nailed, and hand-nailed pallets, on a large scale, and are looking for a new member to join our team. The current position is full time, permanent, Monday to Friday. All new hires start on our afternoon shift from 4:00pm-12:30am. The successful candidate will manufacture wood pallets using an automated Nailer, and prep lumber for production; this could include stenciling, painting, cut-backs to length, etc, and other various preparations. Job duties include: Build pallets using automatic nailing machine or jig, and/or hand nail guns Stacking, cutting-back or preparing lifts of lumber Applying product stamps to boards or pallets Ability to follow instructions from supervisor Work in a safe manner and abide by all safety rules Keep a clean worksite Must have a history of good attendance Schedule: 8 hour shift Afternoon shift Monday to Friday Benefits: Health Care Dental Vision RRSP Please send your resume through Indeed, or by fax to 613-478-6904, or by mail to THOMCO PALLET, PO BOX 280, TWEED ON K0K 3J0.
