-:Job Description:- Full Job Description uniPHARM Wholesale is looking for a Shelf Maintenance & Forklift Operator to join our team. The shift is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The salary will be starting at $19.00 per hour and benefits will begin after completing the 3-month probationary period. Duties: Ensures all items that have been received are put-away properly according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines Performs problem solving and troubleshooting to correct issues and concerns that may involve the accurate reception of products Responsible for following all safety protocols and promotes a safe working environment by maintaining a clean and tidy workplace Responsible and safe operation of a Raymond Johnston Reach-Fork Truck (stand-up) Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills when interacting with all of the staff and discussing any issues or concerns with the supervisor(s) or DC manager Performs other warehouse duties and projects as assigned by a supervisor or DC Manager. This may include cycle counting, picking, overstock replenishment and other duties (will be trained when required). Skills: Forklift certification is an asset (we use Raymond Johnston Reach-Fork Truck (stand-up) in our warehouse) Must work well under deadlines and be organized Be able to work individually and as a team Knowledge of how to use RF scanners, MochaSoft or a similar program, and Microsoft Office programs is an asset Other: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have steel-toed shoes (WorkSafe BC requirement) Must provide a recent Criminal Record Check (within the last year – will be reimbursed) Having a driver’s license and a maintained vehicle is an asset (bus stop is far and bus schedules are irregular) We thank all applicants for apply, but only those that have been shortlisted will be contacted for an interview.
